Panel discussion on Chiara Fumai (in Italian)

For the Giornata del Contemporaneo promoted by the Ministry of external affairs, the Centre d’Art Contemporain Genève along with the support of the Italian consulate organized a panel discussion to explore Italian artist Chiara Fumai.

On the occasion of the first retrospective dedicated to Chiara Fumai at the Centre d’Art Contemporain Genève, director Andrea Bellini leads a discussion with the co-curators of the exhibition Francesco Urbano Ragazzi, Milovan Farronato and Cristiana Perrella – director of the Centro per l’Arte Contemporanea Luigi Pecci, Prato which will host the exhibition in the Spring 2021.
Chiara Fumai is an Italian artist who anticipated and contributed to current issues and debates, and developed a singular and autonomous performative language.
