Figures is a reading in the form of the transcription of a text and a performance realized in 2012. This ambulatory performance, which formed part of an exhibition, was a textual and spatial journey that took place in several positions (crouched, behind a desk, invisible behind a wall, etc.). All these movements created spatial perspectives amplifying the dialogue between text and work.
Virginie Poitrasson is a writer and translator. She explores the boundaries between languages, genres and modes of plastic expression (sound, video, serigraphy).
